In a skillet, brown ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess fat.Add the chopped onion to the pan and fry until translucent. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper, then season with ketchup and mustard. Mix everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and wait until the meat mixture has cooled slightly. Take the package of spring rolls and place them on a clean surface.
Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on the packaging, then the chopped cucumbers and grated cheese. Fold the sides of the foil inward, then roll it up tightly and seal the edges with a little water. Repeat the process with the remaining casings and filling. Heat the oil for frying in a pan or pot. Once the oil is hot, carefully dip the spring rolls into the oil one at a time.Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain them on a plate covered with absorbent paper.
