Ingredients:
– 1 box Orange Jello
– 1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix
– 1 cup boiling water
– ½ cup cold water
– 8 ounces Cool Whip
– 1 small can of mandarin oranges
– 1 cup pastel colored miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Combine boiling water and orange-flavored Jello in a large bowl, whisk until fully dissolved.
2. Add cold water to the bowl, let it chill for 20 minutes until it thickens.
3. Incorporate pudding mix into the bowl, whisking until well combined. Chill for an extra 20 minutes until thickened.
4. Add Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows to the bowl. Gently fold for an even mixture.
5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
6. When serving, garnish with oranges, optional marshmallows, and one or two mint leaves.
